About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand our market share.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets
* Lead client pitches and presentations, securing new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies
* Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining profit margins
* Foster strong relationships with clients, resolving disputes, and retaining existing business
Requirements:
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth in a creative agency environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in pitching and winning work
* High levels of drive, emotional intelligence, and team focus
* Ability to inspire and motivate teams, promoting a culture of excellence
