Job Overview:
1st Executive Ltd is seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Global Insurance organisation, you will play a critical role in managing a business-critical BPO supplier.

Responsibilities:
You will provide expert Supplier Relationship Management capabilities, utilizing your experience of supplier risk and relationship management to create clear strategies for defined BPO service suppliers (Marketing, Print, and Communications). This includes ensuring contractual obligations, procurement policy, and business unit objectives are met and evidenced in regular routines.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a depth of SRM or Vendor Management experience, with knowledge and awareness of EBA and PRA regulations. They must be able to apply their knowledge of the UK outsourcing market to develop supplier relationship strategies, balancing external trends against business objectives and desired customer outcomes. Additionally, they should have extensive experience in managing outsourced/BPO suppliers in Print, Marketing, and Communications, as well as driving performance in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs. A degree qualification is also desirable.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Group Outsourcing Risk Policy team to ensure compliance with 3rd Party Risk requirements. Estimated Salary: Up to £75K + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits.
