We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Visual Impairment Support Staff member to join our team at Greenford High School. The successful candidate will work closely with a visually impaired student, providing individualized support and adapting resources to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding when working with young people. They will be responsible for preparing and adapting resources, supporting other Learning Support Assistants, and being the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a desire to help students achieve their best outcomes, excellent communication skills, and experience working with young people. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.

Salary

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
