Teaching Support Professional for Special Needs

Our school is committed to providing the best possible support for our visually impaired students. We are seeking a Teaching Support Professional to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
In this role, you will work closely with our students, teachers, and support staff to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and adaptation of resources for visually impaired students;
Providing one-to-one support to students with visual impairments;
Supporting other Learning Support Assistants in offering support;
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and support plans.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong desire to support students with visual impairments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
