Care and Companionship Provider

We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Cera Care, where you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll provide support and assistance with daily tasks, promote independence, and enhance the overall quality of life for our clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organisation's policies and procedures.
Our estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on your experience and location. In addition to your basic pay, you'll also enjoy benefits such as overtime opportunities, on-the-job training, and a supportive work environment.
