Personal Support Assistant - Glasgow

We are seeking an experienced Personal Support Assistant to join our team in Glasgow.

Your role will involve providing personal care and companionship to individuals in their own homes.

Ailsa Response is committed to delivering high-quality care and companionship services. To achieve this, we require candidates with a minimum of 6 months paid care work experience in the UK.

You will be working in a flexible capacity, with shifts allocated based on your availability. We offer 6-week block bookings of two or three shifts per week, depending on the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to service users
  • Accompany service users on outings and engage in activities
  • Support service users with daily tasks and routines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months paid care work experience in the UK
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Ability to travel to the South of Glasgow

Estimated Salary: £20,800-£24,300 per annum
