This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a remote-first technology team as a Product Owner, where you'll lead product development initiatives in an Agile environment.

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to serve as the voice of the customer, manage the product backlog, and work closely with stakeholders to drive product success. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you'll collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals and market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the product vision and shape the roadmap alongside the Product Manager.
  • Manage, prioritise, and refine the product backlog, ensuring development aligns with business value.
  • Develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria that the team can action on.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries, facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops and work with the Scrum Master to drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews).
  • Actively engage with stakeholders for feedback, adapting priorities as needed to ensure deliverables meet both user and business expectations.
  • Promote an Agile mindset, transparency, and best practices across the team.
  • Report on key milestones and product outcomes to the technology leadership team.
