Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Specialist - Traffic Management to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our technical services team, you will provide first-line technical support, installation and commissioning, and technical training to customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
- Delivering high-quality technical training and knowledge transfer to customers
- Conducting field trials and demonstrations of traffic management systems
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive enhanced overtime pay, a company car (electric or petrol), and profit share.
