Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at Speedy Services, you will be the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and establish yourself and Speedy as great people to do business with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a small portfolio of Major Account customers, leveraging existing business and investigating opportunities to develop new services and products.
  • Nurture and develop the key target markets for the portfolio account/s.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • PC literate.
  • Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure to strict deadlines.
  • Capability to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation.
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
  • Evidence of strategic account planning and account development.
  • Financial and commercial acumen.
  • Driving license.
