Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a key role within our Facilities Management division.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the delivery of services to multiple facilities, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop the business area, with a focus on increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.

About You:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a facilities management or similar industry.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of growing and developing business areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
