Mechanical Cost Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Estimator to join our Inverness office. As a vital part of our commercial team, you will focus on delivering precise estimates and bids for projects in diverse industries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Employing computer-aided estimating software to create detailed rate structures
- Ensuring that quotes align with project demands and adhere to our Commercial Policy
- Coordinating the completion of contractual documents and supporting the Commercial department in reviewing and negotiating contracts
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a skilled negotiator within a commercial setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Relevant mechanical background in construction or engineering
- Possession of a full driving licence
Package Details:
- Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
