**Job Description:** As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing individualized support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Building strong relationships with students and staff to foster a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Managing challenging behaviors through proactive strategies and de-escalation techniques
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Contributing to the creation of a safe and secure environment that promotes student well-being


**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of [£28,000 - £32,000] per annum salary
  • Relevant experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
