Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our team, offering a competitive salary and a supportive environment. Our practice is located just 40 minutes from Liverpool and Preston, providing a convenient location for those who want to enjoy the amenities of these vibrant cities while working in a community-focused environment.
As a key member of our team, you will develop trusting relationships with our clients, guiding them in making informed decisions about their pet's care. You will maintain existing bonds with our clients, discussing their pet's vaccinations and other health-related matters.
Our practice offers a flexible shift pattern, including 1 in 4 weekends, with some flexibility to accommodate individual needs. Weekday opening hours are 8:30-19:30, and we have a local independent practice covering out-of-hours care.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' holiday (rising to 33 days after 2 years), CPD allowance, and overtime paid for time worked over contracted hours. You will also receive AXA private healthcare for a small contribution and a 20% discount in Vets4Pets, Pets at Home, and The Groom Room.
