Estimator Role

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Corby. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for care home projects with budgets ranging from £10M to £25M.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a car allowance, annual bonus scheme, and comprehensive private medical insurance.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in main contractor tendering, preferably in care homes, and possess excellent communication and project management skills. Based at our head office in Corby, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality estimates that meet client expectations.
