Pcn Management Support

Organise meetings including agendas, minute taking and distribution, ensuring agreed actions are completed in a timely and co-ordinated manner. Help manage PCN services ensuring they meet the contractual requirements and agreed performance metrics. Communicate information and issues, including briefings and reports, to the PCN Operations Team Leads. Working alongside the PCN practice staff and People team support the recruitment and Induction of new PCN employees.
Participate in relevant internal and external working groups, projects, and services to provide, relevant information to the PCN Team, People Team or Finance team. Work with members of the team to implement data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data. Help prepare reports to support with the performance of the PCNs Support the network to maintain compliance with its NHSE/CQC and any other contractual or regulatory obligations. Assist the Finance Lead with the recording and provision of timely financial information to member practices as and when required.
Support the network and individual practices with imbedding digital technologies. Develop and maintain PCN specific performance reporting, Develop and maintain databases required for the role, Maintain administrative and information resources, Support PCN members with all other reasonable administration requests, Contribute to effective information management within the team, Support implementation of the requirements of the PCN outputs, through timely and relevant information analysis and administrative support, in accordance with the agreed priorities of the PCN Operations Team Leads Participate in relevant internal and external working groups to provide relevant information / analyst advice and support, and to maintain data collection / sharing systems for its effective use by the team.
