Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant, providing support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities. You'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with a compassionate and caring approach, who are willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need prior social care experience, but a strong ability to connect with others and provide empathetic support is essential.
