About the Opportunity

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Head of Franchise and Retail Development to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing franchise and retail marketing plans that leverage the richness of our entertainment content to build a sustainable business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term retail channel strategies delivering annual growth targets that leverage the strength of our franchise portfolio.
  • Manage up to 3 direct reports, including senior franchise, retail, and marketing managers.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
