About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the on-trade channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive distribution and sales growth in the on-trade channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the on-trade industry.
  • Work closely with the brands team to deliver customer plans that drive growth and rate of sale in target accounts.
  • Deliver against sales and distribution targets, and provide regular progress updates to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the alcohol industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to prepare customer commercial proposals.
  • Excellent analytical and influencing skills, with a fact-based approach.
  • Ability to translate sales plans into actionable tactics and deliver against sales targets.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
