About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents. A driver with access to reliable transportation is essential as you will be required to transport residents on outings and visits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver activities that cater to various interests and abilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and services
- Transport residents on outings and visits using own vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident feedback

Requirements
- A driver with access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and understanding when interacting with residents
