Job Summary

As a key member of Kyndryl's Data Governance Office, you will play a vital role in developing and driving privacy compliance operations and associated interactions with our Chief Information Office (CIO), Chief Information Security Office (CISO), Procurement, Marketing, and business teams. This role requires an understanding of global regulatory requirements in privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to identify and mitigate risk and measure, track, and report on compliance globally across Kyndryl's business and commercial operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the CIO, CISO, Procurement, Marketing, and other teams to align privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain management operations with Kyndryl's strategic objectives.
  • Support customer, enterprise, and regulatory audits, respond effectively to inquiries from Kyndryl personnel regarding privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain management processes.
  • Manage requests for information, optimize and manage internal processes, provide guidance on the collection, use, and processing of personal data, and respond to data subject requests.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of international data privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance laws and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills (both in writing and verbally).
  • Proven ability to work as part of diverse and multi-cultural teams of both legal and business colleagues.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business functions.
  • Demonstrated business judgment and ability to rationalize operations.
