About the Role

As a key member of our Liverpool recruitment desk, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and placing top talent in administration and commercial roles across the Merseyside area. Your expertise will be invaluable in building relationships with clients and candidates, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively target new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source and assess suitable candidates for vacancies, ensuring a perfect match between talent and opportunity.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work towards targets and KPIs, driving results and maintaining quality standards.
