About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail marketing, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results. You will work closely with our Retail Team to align on marketing calendars and performance goals, and lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing retail marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness
  • Collaborating with the Retail Team to align on marketing calendars and performance goals
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Analyzing campaign results and adjusting strategies as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze campaign results and adjust strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: 40,000 - 60,000 GEL (approximately $22,000 - $33,000 USD) per annum
  • Annual bonus scheme linked to individual, team, and company performance
  • Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week
