We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at Skillframe Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Order Processing: Accurately process and manage sales orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  2. Purchase Orders: Coordinate and manage purchase orders, including procurement, receipt, and storage of goods.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is up-to-date and readily available for sales.
  4. Import and Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  5. Carrier Management: Coordinate with UPS carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  6. Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders.

Requirements:

  • Professional Telephone Manner: Possess excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen to Learn: Be eager to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. This is an office-based role only.

Part-time Hours Considered: 5 hours per day, Monday - Friday.
