Sales Coordinator

Tulloch Homes, part of The Springfield Group, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a key member of the Sales team, coordinating and recording the sales journey from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and distributing the weekly sales report to internal stakeholders.
- Updating the Sales system (Coins) with reservation and cancellation information.
- Liaising with our external solicitor to provide necessary information for house sales.
- Completing all Sales administrative tasks on time and to a high standard to meet departmental deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Requirements:- Education to SCQF level 5 or relevant administration skills and experience.
- Previous experience or knowledge of working in a Sales environment, although not essential.
- Excellent administrative skills, including preparation of reports and data input.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Excellent IT and administrative skills, including Microsoft 365.
- Effective communication and professionalism when dealing with internal and external queries.
