Activity Coordinator Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Activity Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Kathryn Homes. In this role, you will create and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of our residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement activity programs that promote physical and mental well-being, social interaction, and personal growth. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to mentor and train staff on best practices for resident engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging activity programs for residents.
- Mentor and train staff on effective resident engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in activity coordination or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
