Job Opportunity:
A Procurement Coordinator is sought after to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, including inputting contract details and allocating vehicles for sale. This is a full-time temporary position with an immediate start, offering the possibility of becoming permanent. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in an office environment is desirable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting contract details into the system
- Allocating vehicles for sale
- Preparing daily and weekly reports for clients
- Liaising with government vendors and buyers
- Registering new customers and buyers
- Handling public inquiries
- Conducting weekly audits on sales and stock
