Facilities Care Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining all equipment and machinery in good working order.
- Performing routine checks on fire alarms, security systems, and other essential equipment.
- Ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and tidy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
