Receptionist/Administrator Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to work as a highly personable and organized Receptionist/Administrator at a newly established luxury healthcare clinic in Ascot.

The role requires you to provide exceptional customer service to the clinic's high net worth clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the Reception area and ensuring a smooth client experience
  • Communicating with clients via email and telephone to provide updates and support
  • Entering client details into the clinic's database
  • Meeting and greeting clients on the day of consultation
  • Liaising with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Working closely with the Bookings Administrator to coordinate client appointments
