Learning Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Randstad Education. As a Special Education Assistant, you will be working with students who require additional support to access the curriculum. This role is responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning support to students across Key Stages 3-5 and contributing to the development of lesson plans, resources and strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality teaching and learning support to students across Key Stages 3-5
- Develop and implement lesson plans, resources and strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Assist with assessing student progress and reporting to parents/carers
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff and parents/carers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
