We are seeking an experienced Resident Experience Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a passionate team of professionals who share your commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of our activity programs and ensure that they meet the needs and expectations of our residents.

As part of your role, you will work closely with our residents, their families and other members of the care team to understand their needs and preferences.

You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that promotes social interaction, physical activity and cognitive stimulation.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare, education)
