Sales Manager for Dulux Paints Distributor Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Dulux Paints Distributor Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships to maximize the potential of our independent and large-scale outlets within our portfolio of trade, retail, and automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute sales plans and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
- Support, coach, and develop sales and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and execute new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives
- Full driving license
- Customer-focused mindset and strong relationship-building skills
- Background in sales or account management preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
