Sales Manager for Dulux Paints Distributor Team

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Dulux Paints Distributor Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships to maximize the potential of our independent and large-scale outlets within our portfolio of trade, retail, and automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute sales plans and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
- Support, coach, and develop sales and negotiation skills to ensure sales teams are equipped to meet customer needs
- Identify and execute new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably in the paint or coatings industry
- Strong customer-focused mindset, outgoing attitude, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Full driving license and willingness to travel regularly
