We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Standout Field Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Your Mission
As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating sales agreements.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and negotiate sales agreements.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements
- A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans.
- Previous sales experience in a field-based role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategies to improve it.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
