We are seeking a skilled and supportive healthcare practitioner to join our care team at Care UK. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
- Support residents to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental health.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
