Key Expectations:

  • Provide high-quality specialist care to patients with complex psychiatric needs, leveraging your expertise to inform treatment decisions
  • Support and mentor junior doctors, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements, audits, and clinical governance initiatives

About You:

  • Hold an MBBS or equivalent qualification, with full GMC registration and specialist registration in Psychiatry
  • Demonstrate significant experience in CAMHS, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating others
