About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Adolescent Mental Health Expert to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, you will play a vital role in ensuring best practice care is delivered for our patients.

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide expert medical guidance and support, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, treating, and discharging patients safely, as well as managing medication and leading quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Ensure that people admitted are assessed, treated, and discharged safely
  • Medication management
  • Quality assurance, complaints and co-production
  • Delivery of NICE guidance
  • Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a MBBS or equivalent medical qualification, Full GMC registration with licence to practice, MRCPsych or equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and On the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or be accepted within 6 months.

You should also have widespread and detailed experience of assessment and management of patients in Child and Adolescent psychiatry and be able to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients.
