About the Role:

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join their team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for growing an existing database of clients, bringing on new business, and creating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Evaluate client requirements and assess how best to meet their needs through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the Powered Access Industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales
