Business Development Representative

About the Role:
Kemp Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join their team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for growing an existing database of clients, bringing on new business, and creating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Evaluate client requirements and assess how best to meet their needs through up-selling and cross-selling
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the Powered Access Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales
