About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Managed Legal Services team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a small team of Legal Administrators, providing support to the Operations Manager, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administration, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing work levels, quality, and resources within their section, monitoring and supervising the quality and completion of tasks, and identifying areas for improvement.

The Team Leader will also be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in developing talent within the team, identifying individual potential, and providing training and induction to new starters. They will take ownership of knowledge management and query logs, escalating any queries that require further review.

The successful candidate will have experience with MS Office software, leadership and people management skills, and good communication skills to articulate information verbally, visually, and in writing. Legal experience is preferred, but not essential.
