About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Managed Legal Services team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a small team of Legal Administrators, providing support to the Operations Manager, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line management of up to 10 Legal Administrators, including performance management, career development, and welfare support.
  • Actively manage work levels, quality, and resources within the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Monitor and supervise the quality and completion of tasks allocated to the team, identifying patterns and trends, and discussing findings with the Project Manager and Legal Lead.
  • Support the Operations Manager in developing talent within the team, identifying individual potential, and providing training and induction to new starters.
  • Take ownership of knowledge management and query log, escalating any queries that require further review.
