This is a part-time position with varying hours of Monday to Thursday – 12.00pm to 6.00pm and Friday 11.30am to 5.30pm.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, answering telephone calls and completing afternoon registration, while providing administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to parents and visitors
- Managing daily schedules and appointments
- Coordinating events and meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and files
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A competitive salary of around £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
