About the Role


We are seeking a friendly and attentive House Host to join our team at Another Place, The Lake. As a House Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive to the end of their stay.


Key Responsibilities


As a House Host, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all guests have a positive experience
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing a brand-standard tour and ensuring all necessary information is communicated
  • Managing access to the Swim Club, including explaining the facilities and services to guests
  • Assisting guests with their luggage and providing support with any queries or issues
  • Supporting the Front Office team with administrative tasks and ensuring the hotel's standards are maintained

Requirements


To be successful as a House Host, you will need to have:



  • Previous experience in a front-of-house role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of customers
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • A First Aid qualification and Enhanced DBS
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
