Job Title: Housekeeping Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Montcalm Royal London House. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information to guests on call regarding daily events, facilities updates, and product information.
  • Prepare and print Room Attendant lists to ensure all team members have fair and equal tasks.
  • Prepare and print reports, including preference forecasts, no shows, and late departures.
  • Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
  • Answer phone calls on the hotel main line and direct them to the appropriate department with an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Update Guest Profiles with accurate information, including emails, addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Maintain good and prompt communication with supervisors, porters, and other departments.
  • Keep the evening supervisor informed about all changes, including room moves, housekeeping service requests, and mini bar removals.
  • Check with porters to ensure cardboard is processed.
  • Handle small queries via email, such as guest invoices.
  • Perform any other reasonable request made by management.

Requirements:
