Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Flight Club Darts. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading the venue's operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an amazing time.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
    • Ensure that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Manage employee schedules, absences, and replacements to ensure smooth operation of the business
  • Trading and Revenue
    • Maximize trading and revenue through effective management of the venue's operations
    • Improve the administration and efficiency of the venue, ensuring consistently high standards of communication within the company and externally
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times
    • Deal with customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
    • Ensure that all products are served to company and brand specification
