We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic junior solicitor to join our Charity and Social Business team at Russell-Cooke. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing support to not-for-profit organisations, working closely with our team of 16 lawyers who are highly rated by Legal 500 and Chambers.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice on charity governance and commercial matters
- Assisting with charity mergers or incorporations
- Drafting and amending governing documents
- Advising on company and charity law
- Working with third sector organisations
Requirements
- 0-2 years post-qualification experience
- Strong interest in the charity sector
