We are seeking a Director of Compliance to lead our quality function and drive quality excellence across Austin Fraser. This role requires a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of success.

About the Position:

  • Develop and implement best practices, quality strategies, and processes that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee quality initiatives from new product development to warranty analysis, ensuring alignment with aerospace and machining standards.
  • Define key performance metrics to measure compliance and improvement.

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline.
  • Relevant qualifications in quality management and/or chartered membership of a professional body.
  • Extensive experience leading a quality function, in aerospace and precision machining.

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £100,000 - £130,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
