**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Services Representative to drive the success of our client contracts. As our Client Services Representative, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and understanding client needs deeply.

About the Role:

As a Client Services Representative, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver recruitment solutions tailored to their unique needs. You will source and recruit top talent, conduct interviews and skill assessments, and ensure smooth candidate registration and onboarding, in line with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies to match client expectations.
  • Source and recruit top talent for various positions, hitting resourcing KPIs.
  • Conduct interviews and skill assessments to find the best fit for clients' roles.
  • Ensure smooth candidate registration and onboarding, in line with compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in account management or recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • A stable work history, showcasing reliability.
  • Excellent administrative and IT abilities.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an organised, motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a stable work history, and excellent administrative abilities. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
