Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a Behaviour Support staff member to work with young people with Social and Emotional needs and a diagnosis of Mental Health needs.
The ideal candidate will be able to take a therapeutic approach and have a strong willingness to work with and motivate students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualised support to students with SEMH needs
- Developing and implementing behaviour plans to promote positive behaviour
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success
We are a school for students with SEMH needs, aged 11-16, and are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
