Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Change Manager to join our team at Barclays Bank PLC. This role will involve managing the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs to support business operation teams and promote alignment between operations and the bank's objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies to stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions, utilizing data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process through training and coaching.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational change management and implementation.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with PRINCE2.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
