Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Excelcare Holdings' St Georges Care Home in Cambridge. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role:- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring the care teams, and working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- You will work closely with other nurses in the nurse team and report into the Deputy Manager.
- Your involvement with creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments will be key to the successful delivery of outstanding care and regular updates and reviews will be required.
- You will be engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
