Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled External Quality Assurer (EQA) to join our team. As an EQA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services by evaluating and improving processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these areas.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the team to evaluate and improve processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and report on quality assurance and practical moderation activities
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, education)
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
